Some things we've been asked...

Who are we?

Naivia is an online shop featuring fine art products (especially naive art), handcrafted and many other decorative stuff. Read more about Naivia, here.

Who's making our products?

For now, our products are signed by our artist, Ana Dragan. In the future, we plan to expand by scouting more talented Romanian artists. The list of Naivia's artists will be completed, in time, here.

What part of Romania are we from?

We'd love to live somewhere far away in the countryside, but for now we live and work in Bucharest.

Are our prices negotiable?

Honestly, no. Our sale prices are final. Each product is priced according to the work and time we put into it.

Some products are available in multiple quantities (or are available as a special order). Are these products identical?

No. Even though we do craft multiple pieces of the same product in some cases, each product is unique in its details and the colours may slightly differ.

Can the colours of the real product differ from the pictures on the website?

Yes. Even though we do our best to process the images as close to reality as possible, there are some factors that can alter the perception of color from one device to another. Some phone and tablet manufactures for example, calibrate their devices to display the colours in a vivid (intense) fashion. This is true especially for the devices featuring an OLED display. This vivid mode can usually be disabled from the device's settings, usually under Display -> Screen mode. We recommend using the "Natural" setting for the screen mode when viewing our products.

I like a product but it's out of stock. Can I still order it?

Depends. If the product is out of stock but available for order (and the buy button is active), then you can order it on a special order, with a wait period. If the buy button is inactive, then that product is not available when out of stock.

How does the wishlist work?

Once you add a product to your wishlist, we start monitoring that product status. We will send you email alerts if: the product is low in stock; the product is available again after being out of stock; the product price goes down; we add some accessories for the product. If you don't want to receive alerts, you shoud delete the product from this list.

I've ordered. When do I get the product? 

If the ordered product is in stock, then you will receive your order somewhere between 24-48 h. More details, here.

I'm from Bucharest. Can I pick up the order personally?

For now, no. We're a small business, we don't like going out too much, thus we work from home. That's why we send all the orders via express delivery.

How do I pay for my order?

In the last step of the order procees, you will be able to choose a preferred payment method. You can pay online - via credit or debit card, via bank wire or pay at delivery. More details, here.

How can I return a product?

If, for some reason, you're not entirely happy with your product, you can return in within 14 days from receiving the product. More details, here.
